Summer 2027 Data Science Intern- Bachelor's/Master's (Santa Clara, CA)

Applied Global Services is seeking a business intelligence data analyst to join our team. Candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in multiple databases/languages. This role will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions and strategy. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast pace environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions and strategy
• Manage key metrics reporting for organization
• Analysis of big data to generate insightful reports and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and interpret business requirement
• Develop, maintain, automate processes for data collection and analysis
• Identify trends in data to provide actionable insights
• Support decision making processes by conducting thorough data analysis and presenting findings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in multiple data analysis tools
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Tableau, SQL and Python
• Pursing Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
