As a Security Officer Reception Services in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, where you will greet residents and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
