Front Desk Receptionist - Sunset Chevrolet

Sunset Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first person customers, guests, and vendors interact with, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with general office support. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks throughout the day while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
• Transfer calls and assist with paging associates
• Interact with vendors and outside contacts
• Perform general office and clerical duties
• Assist management and other departments with administrative tasks
• Help support the day-to-day operations of the dealership

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Professional appearance and phone etiquette
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or other public-facing experience preferred
• Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus
