Scopely is looking for a VIP Manager to join our Royal Lounge Casino team in Tel Aviv!

What You’ll Do
VIP Account Manager is responsible for the daily management of a portfolio of high-value players, the game's most strategically important users. In this role, you will manage relationships with these players, deliver personalized service, monitor account activity, and help strengthen player satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of VIP players and provide consistent, personalized engagement
- Build trusted relationships through clear, professional communication across multiple channels
- Monitor player activity, identify trends or risks, and respond proactively
- Coordinate personalized offers, campaigns, and experiences with internal teams
- Track engagement and campaign performance using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal tools
- Share player insights with Analytics, Economy, Monetization, Art, and other relevant teams
- Represent the player’s perspective and contribute to improving the overall VIP experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, VIP service, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and using Excel and Google Sheets
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service to players
Bonus
- Experience in mobile gaming, hospitality, luxury service, or a high-touch customer environment
- Comfortable learning and using new systems and software tools
- Genuine interest in games and player behavior
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
