What You'll Do
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork
- Handle trade-in and purchase documentation accurately
- Contact banks for title payoffs and documentation
- Maintain title records, inventory logs, and temporary tag stock
- Ensure compliance with inspections, registrations, and title requirements
- Work with DMV offices and outside vendors to resolve issues
- Verify accuracy of completed paperwork and documentation
- Assist with office tasks including filing, phones, and deposits
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous automotive title or dealership office experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- DealerTrack, Arkona, or dealership software experience is a plus
- Notary certification is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
