ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description
- Provides organizational and project related support for various department managers
- Greets customers, answers and screens phone calls, answers questions, directs inquiries to proper sources and helps with online issues
- Coordinates appointments, schedules meetings, keeps departmental calendars and facilitates meeting implementation
- Handles registrations, makes travel reservations and arranges transportation
- Provides guidance to staff and customers
- Prepares and processes variety of documents, agendas, correspondence, agreements, materials etc.
- Maintains and distributes official and confidential documentation
- Verifies and trouble shoots information, performs data entry, scans applications, receives payments and mails various correspondence
- Processes various documents such as permits, applications, payments, renewals, purchase orders, claims, billing requests and registrations
- Maintains, files, scans, and prints various documents
- Attends meetings and compiles minutes
- Conducts project research
- Performs related work as required

- At least two years of relevant college-level course work or an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in or a related field
- At least one (1) year of related work experience performing general clerical or office work
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities
