About the Role
Responsible to handle and supervise the renovation projects for office premises & building in Hong Kong and Macau, including liaising with landlord, building management company and tenant / end user.This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Management (30%)
- Assist team members in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of interior renovation projects, including building works, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, furniture installation, telecommunication systems, security systems, and other related works from design development through construction, implementation, defect rectification, and final handover to end users.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, company requirements, and design objectives.
2. Procurement (50%)
- Prepare tender and quotation documents for renovation works, furniture procurement, telecommunication systems, security systems, and other facility-related projects. Coordinate and monitor the entire procurement process, including tender evaluation, vendor selection, contract award, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- To estimate the project expense and ensure the expenditure of each project is well-controlled within budget and meeting financial ascend 2000.
- Administer and manage contracts for contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Review and evaluate contract variations, change orders, claims, and amendments, while facilitating dispute resolution to maintain project schedules and operational continuity.
- Conduct supplier and contractor performance evaluations, maintain procurement records and documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost effectiveness, quality assurance, and operational efficiency
3. Reporting (10%)
- Track and document project milestones, costs, performance metrics, and contract-related developments, such as change orders or disputes.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to ensure transparency.
4. Others (10%)
- To prepare budget, proposal and analysis in the fields of leasing for Supervisor’s review and approval
- Ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.
- Assist Office Allocation Report and Office Space Calculation and handle the office removal administration work.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduates preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, Surveying or equivalents
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication, negotiation and co-ordination skills
- Knowledge in project management in building / office renovation projects
- PC skills in office operating software (ie. Autocad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)
- The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
