Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager Program Manager role will be responsible to manage and oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities:
Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
Responsible for delivering the manufacturing cost committed to the forecast. Monitor financial performance, report on Manufacturing cost FCST variances, and drive actions for improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, OTD, quality, Accounts Receivable (AR), and financial performance.
Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong operational and financial business acumen, with solid understanding of P&L, manufacturing cost, labor metrics, KPIs, and quoted vs. actual cost to support program commitments.
Operational Program Management background, with ability to work closely with manufacturing teams, coordinate internal reviews, follow up on commitments, and drive execution under pressure.
Must have hands-on NPI experience and exposure to quotation processes, supporting multiple upcoming projects from integration through execution.
Ability to manage internal alignment meetings, to track POs, site allocation, status, risks, recovery actions, and global-level commitments.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing floor processes such as SMT, PTH, box build, process flow, and operational execution in an OEM environment.
Strong ownership, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to ensure commitments are met even without direct customer contact.
Advanced English.
Nice to have intermediate to advanced Chinese language skills.
