Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  Manage customer programs throughout the entire product lifecycle from launch to end of production.

  Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and on-time product launches.

  Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and key deliverables to achieve program objectives.

  Serve as the primary customer interface for program-related activities and issue resolution.

  Drive continuous improvement to meet customer requirements, business objectives, and profitability targets.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  5+ years of experience in program/project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

  Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

  Business-level English communication skills are preferred.
