This position is based in Shanghai.

What you’ll do here:

• Point of contact to our valued partners to support their ongoing current and future needs.
• Develop new accounts with strong commitment with Axis for long term business success.
• Qualify and build a pipeline of leads for the wider Sales Team.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customer focused manner.
• Prepare monthly distribution report and analyse the trends to seek new market opportunities.
• Work with our marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns, channel marketing activities and participating in trade shows.
• Invite accounts to participate in Axis Communications Academy to make channel enablement
• Regularly join and participate in our Axis Communications Academy to meet our partners.
• Control and handle the demo pool within the region and manage the communication of the pricelist to the internal team.
• Proactively seek new ways to improve our efficiency and how we can find the best solutions for our partners.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development
• Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams
• Proficient in multi-task management and problem-solving
• Sales-driven mindset
