You will play a critical role in driving business performance by translating financial data into actionable insights, influencing go-to-market strategy, and ensuring disciplined resource allocation across the revenue-generating functions of the business.

What You’ll Do

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

• Lead annual budgeting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions, as well as weekly and monthly Sales forecasting.• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support GTM planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.• Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across supported functions.• Build and maintain scalable models for bookings, revenue forecasting, and pipeline conversion.• Analyze sales productivity, marketing ROI, and customer success efficiency to optimize resource allocation.• Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.• Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action across business partners.

Go-To-Market Investment Optimization

• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of sales capacity, marketing program spend, and customer service investments.• Conduct ROI analyses on major GTM initiatives, campaigns, and tooling investments.• Support territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation modeling in collaboration with Sales Operations and HR.

AI-Driven Analytics & Process Improvement

• Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to automate recurring finance processes, including budget consolidation, headcount reconciliation, variance reporting, pipeline health analysis, and generating business insights.• Partner with Revenue Operations and Data Engineering to build and maintain AI-powered dashboards and self-service reporting tools that surface actionable GTM performance insights to business leaders.• Stay current on emerging AI and fintech tools relevant to GTM finance, evaluating and piloting solutions that improve the team's analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.• Identify and implement improvements to financial planning processes, reporting infrastructure, and analytical frameworks supporting GTM functions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a finance business partner or FP&A role supporting commercial/GTM functions.• Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service organizations.• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with a commitment to data accuracy, intellectual curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making.• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and persuasively to non-finance audiences.• Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics and tools; experience evaluating, implementing, or scaling AI tools within a finance context.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.

Preferred

• MBA or CPA preferred.• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth company environment.• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR) and GTM motion best practices.
