We are seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to support communication across departments and assist with digital content for our customers and e-commerce platforms, including Stanfields.com, StanfieldsFR.com, Elita.com, and Hotchillys.ca.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to update product information and profiles for company and partner e-commerce sites, including Amazon, Walmart, Belk, Faire, and Macy’s.
- Manage data for the Elastic B2B portal.
- Develop and maintain a database of key customer accounts while supporting the sales team in growing those accounts.
- Support the sales team by managing key account requests, including account setup and preparing and sending packages.
- Work with internal departments to support clear communication and smooth execution of sales activities, including sharing product updates with marketing and e-commerce teams and partners.
- Maintain key account program and pricing information to ensure customer service and operating systems remain current.
- Assists in tracking special pricing requests
- Assist with trade show planning and execution
- Keep management informed by creating/reviewing sales reports, summarizing key insights, and identifying trends.
- Become an expert on company product and service offerings
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external customers
- Communicate customer feedback
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Manage and contribute to special projects as required
- Additional Duties as assigned
- Community College or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years’ experience in sales support
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, energetic personality
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
- Strong relationship building and follow-up skills
