Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to ensure they support organizational goals effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks to complement full stack development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
