HR Business Partner - Lebanon

Danone MENA is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to be based in Lebanon, like you!

In the context of Danone MENA, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives that support business objectives, foster employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, ensuring positive employee experience while supporting talent, performance, and organizational development across the business.

 

The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities:

 

• Employee Lifecycle: Own and execute the onboarding/offboarding process while ensuring a positive experience
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges
• Talent Management: Support talent programs incl. succession planning, leadership development, and career growth paths
• Change Management and Organizational Development: Support business transformation efforts by leading change management strategies and optimizing organizational structures for efficiency
• Performance Management: Oversee and enhance performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
• Compensation and Benefits Advisory: Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
• HR Metrics & Analytics: Analyze people data and trends to contribute to decisions on strategy and programs
• Employee Engagement: Identify engagement and culture trends, patterns and gaps across the organization, share feedback and take initiatives to address them
• Proximity: Advocate for/serve as a resource for Danoners; enable colleagues to ensure an effective workplace

About You

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

 

Education & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in an HR Proximity role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

Skills & Languages

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Agile, able to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and environments.
• Confident and assertive, able to take ownership and move topics forward with clarity.
• A true people partner, showcasing empathy and humility.
• Able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment and open to travel once a quarter.
