As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our Perth team and are looking for talented consultants, managers and senior managers who are passionate about helping organisations unlock value from technology and drive large-scale transformation.
Whether your background is in technology consulting, strategy, architecture, digital transformation, operating model design, cloud, AI, enterprise platforms or business transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Working alongside C-suite executives, business leaders and technology stakeholders, you'll help clients define and execute strategies that create lasting business value.
Projects may include:
- Technology and digital strategy development
- Technology-enabled business transformation
- Cloud strategy and modernisation
- Data, analytics and AI strategy
- Enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps
- Technology cost optimisation, due diligence and value realisation
- Large-scale transformation programme design and mobilisation
You'll combine strategic thinking, business insight and technology expertise to help organisations make confident decisions about their future.
Develop comprehensive technology strategies, including IT opportunity assessment, investment portfolio management, information strategy, sourcing strategy, and enterprise architecture.
Analyze current issues, build fact-based approaches, and implement client visions and roadmaps for business growth.
Create detailed and actionable business cases, leveraging deep industry, IT, and business process acumen.
Assist clients in building capabilities for growth and innovation.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate, and implement transformative programs.
Contribute to thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology.
Experience We're Looking For:
Tier 1 Consulting Experience: Demonstrated experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, providing strategic advice and solutions to top-tier clients.
Business application of technology, analytical approach, business case experience.
Digital-focused experience in identifying and exploiting new value streams enabled by leading-edge technologies.
Exposure to new business models and customer journeys enabled by evolving data architecture and advanced analytics.
Enterprise Architecture: Experience in helping clients establish a vision, roadmap, and governance, with exposure to frameworks like TOGAF.
IT process excellence-oriented experience, operating model design, and transformation.
Experience in helping clients reposition their technology portfolio to fuel growth by balancing cost and capability.
Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital technology strategy or digital enterprise IT architecture experience.
Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts with a keen interest in the latest innovation (e.g., Digital Customer and Commerce, Connected Platform, Digital Enterprise, Data-driven business models).
Strong understanding of industry operations, dynamics, and trends through experience in one or more industries (Financial Services, Resources and Utilities, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods).
Exceptional problem-solving ability, leadership attributes
C-suite presence, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in client relationship development.
