Responsibilities
This position supports various Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, including data entry, system administration, and performance management.
- Accurately enter data into HRIS and other relevant systems; ensure data is up to date and correctly maintained
- Support the administration of the performance management process
- Address associate questions regarding systems, processes, and change requests
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Support administration of the 401(k) plan
- Generate ad hoc and scheduled reporting as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
