Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Sterling McCall Acura!
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Service Advisor experience with ability to be productive immediately
- Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive
- Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI
- Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
