Responsibilities
- Develop social media campaigns across all social platforms that align with our business goals.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar monthly
- Curate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.to drive visitation
- Suggest new creative features to promote brand awareness.
- Utilize social media marketing tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting, optimizing, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics.
- Identify new social media influencer and Strengthen current relationships with social media influencers.
- Attend property events and promotions to develop relevant content
- Engage with followers and customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to social media marketing and ensure compliance.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments and messages to foster positive community interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 2 plus years experience in Social Media management
- High-energy, requiring on-site presence during evenings, weekends, and events to capture nightlife, gaming, and dining experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to the company’s success
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a writer, public relations assistant, or social media content creator required.
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.
