You will work closely with our team of consultants to identify key business challenges and opportunities, and help develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and improve performance.Responsibilities:-Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business strategies-Create and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems-Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies-Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal team members through data visualizations, dashboards, and reports-Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive business decisions based on data insights-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and toolsQualifications:-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field-2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or business environment-Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis-Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset-Excellent communication and presentation skills-Ability to work independently and in a team setting-Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is a plus-Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plusIf you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about using data to drive business decisions, we want to hear from you!
