- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in line with company targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, agents, and partners.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to prepare customized quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate service contracts and commercial terms with clients and vendors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and pricing competitiveness.
- Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers using Salesforce tools.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing strategic accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
