Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
Oversee administration of the US and Canada benefits programs NCR Voyix offers and provide guidance to our operations team to support employees at all levels on benefits questions.
Collaborate with Benefits Manager to solve employee benefits issues.
Administer Canada benefits, health insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
Assist in hosting benefits meetings for annual enrollment and quarterly benefit webinars.
Support the planning, administration and communication of annual open enrollment, and other benefits changes throughout the year.
Ensure compliance of NCR's US benefit programs with regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA reporting, benefits NDT, and other national and local regulatory filings, legal disclosures, and benefits notices
Manage global benefit programs, including mental health and family forming benefits, and support the evolution of our perk and wellness efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
2+ years of experience working in US benefits (health and welfare, disability, 401K) administration.
Deep understanding of benefits administration processes
Demonstrated knowledge of the regulations that impact US benefits, and experience of their direct application.
Experience managing projects and programs and documenting processes.
Ability to research, analyze and propose solutions to problems.
Experience in Workday (preferred), or other benefits administration system
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams, internal and external, and customer service and engagement content creation skills to support NCR's employees.
Passionate about creating a superlative employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have a background in US and Canada disability to include working with disability vendors, answering employee questions and payroll to ensure employee leaves of absence are processed and paid correctly.
Experience in Canada Benefits administration
Experience in Disability management
Experience with Microsoft Office, Fidelity, and Workday
