Job Descriptions:
Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.
Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions.
Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Degree with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and recruitment governance in financial services
