As a Climate Specialist based in our Send branch, you’ll be responsible for:
Driving day‑to‑day sales performance and delivering all branch KPIs across our Climate product range
Growing new business opportunities and maximising sales while maintaining strong cost awareness
Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development
Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch
his is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Climate Specialist:
Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams
Confidence in handling technical queries and providing clear, accurate product guidance
A passion for driving growth, delivering great service and contributing to a high‑performing team culture
