For our client from the Insurance sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated **Graphic Designer**.
In this role, you will join a creative services team responsible for delivering high‑quality visual communication across a wide range of channels and formats. You will contribute to compelling storytelling by translating ideas into impactful visual content while working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
**Your Tasks:**
- Develop creative, modern, and engaging visual concepts that effectively support communication objectives
- Produce high‑quality visual assets for various formats, including digital content, articles, events, and leadership communications
- Ensure all visual deliverables align with defined brand guidelines and communication standards
- Provide consultancy and creative input to support communication strategies and business objectives
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost‑effectiveness
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in visual content production
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful results
- Continuously apply innovative thinking, including the integration of AI tools, to enhance creative output
**Your Profile:**
- Degree or completed apprenticeship in **Graphic Design** or a comparable qualification
- At least **5 years of professional experience** in graphic design, ideally within an agency or corporate environment
- Excellent proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of **Mac OS** and good general IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with **GenAI tools** and openness to exploring new technologies in creative workflows
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual outcomes
- Excellent **project management skills** with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Structured, independent, and detail‑oriented way of working, even under time pressure
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent **English** (written and spoken)
