The Role

Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea items.

Support the Pastry Chef and wider kitchen brigade in daily operations.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Help with stock rotation, storage, and organisation within the pastry section.
