Job Overview
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development, this position supports enterprise change initiatives by independently leading assigned change management workstreams while partnering with other Change Management team members as well as other department within the organization such as Learning & Development, and Communications and Marketing to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications, learning, and adoption. Develops key change management deliverables while applying established Change Management methodologies, standards, templates, and tools to support successful organizational change.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently leads assigned change management workstreams supporting enterprise initiatives.
Develops communication, stakeholder engagement, learning, and organizational readiness plans for assigned workstreams.
Conducts stakeholder identification, stakeholder assessments, and change impact assessments.
Develops manager toolkits, job aids, FAQs, communications, presentations, and performance support materials.
Coordinates learning, communications, and organizational readiness activities across assigned initiatives.
Supports the facilitation of stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions; may lead small group sessions as assigned.
Conducts organizational readiness assessments and recommends actions to improve adoption.Supports adoption measurement by collecting, analyzing, and reporting organizational readiness and adoption metrics.
Advises project teams on assigned change management workstreams while collaborating with Communications, Learning & Development, People Experience and Culture, and business stakeholders.
Applies established Change Management methodologies, standards, templates, and tools established by the Change Management Center of Excellence.
Supports Change Management Partners by coordinating activities and integrating assigned deliverables into the overall change strategy.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
One (1) or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting or leading organizational change, communications, learning and development, organizational development, project management, human resources, or related business initiatives, including experience independently leading assigned change management workstreams.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (If needed)
Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al., and DFW Airport’s Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
DESIRABLE
Prosci Change Management Certification or the ability to obtain certification.
Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience developing communications, learning materials, manager toolkits, and performance support resources.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or supporting organizational readiness activities.
