What you will do:
Execute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance
How you will do it:
- Control the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroad
- Validation of commercial documents
- Reconciliation of arrived components vs. documents
- Preparation of customs documents
- Provide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permits
- Point of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plant
- Follow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrival
- Validation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 system
- Management of the customs system (Annex 24)
- KPIs with Customs Agents
- Review of Expense Accounts
What we look for:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
