- Independently identifying, analysing and prioritising opportunities for improvement across the entire intralogistics process chain directly on the shop floor and based on data using KPIs such as error rates, lead times and productivity.
- Managing improvement projects from defining objectives through to analysis, concept development and implementation – in collaboration with the team leaders of the warehouse areas and adjacent departments.
- Designing new workflows on the shop floor and translating these into technical requirements for our in-house ERP system – including coordination with IT, testing and roll-out.
- Evaluating optimisation measures with a focus on process quality and the high standards in the luxury segment – whilst also keeping productivity and costs in mind.
- Ensuring the long-term embedding of improvements through process standards, training and KPI monitoring.
- Current focus areas:
- Identification and implementation of measures for product quality control
- Implementation of RFID use cases for automatic stock control
- Ensuring a seamless chain of priorities from picking to dispatch
