Job Description

As a Security Officer Reception Systems Support in Burbank, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will greet tenants and visitors, manage access control, monitor alarm systems, and support a welcoming, professional environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
