Role Mission
As a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Key responsibilities
Lead Strategic Campaigns: Partner with the client and internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies from brief to delivery.
Manage Influencer Campaigns: Select influencers, oversee content planning and quality, and optimize campaign performance throughout execution.
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with booking, data, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and insightful reporting.
Coordinate Events & Resolve Issues: Support brand events and activations while proactively managing campaign challenges and stakeholder communication.
Analyze Performance & Improve Processes: Deliver actionable campaign insights, oversee legal and financial compliance, and identify workflow improvements.
