  • Analyze requests and recommend the most effective enablement approach, recognizing when solutions beyond training may be needed.
  • Define target audiences, learning objectives, success measures, and readiness requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams and serve as the primary enablement contact for assigned initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations that support adoption, performance improvement, and successful business outcomes.

Learning Design & Content Development

  • Design and develop learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, videos, facilitator guides, communications, and performance support resources.

  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Maintain and continuously improve learning content based on business changes, learner feedback, and performance data.

Digital Adoption & Workflow Enablement

  • Design and maintain in-app guidance, walkthroughs, tooltips, and workflow-based learning experiences.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to embed learning into the flow of work.
  • Evaluate user feedback and adoption data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support digital adoption strategies that drive user confidence, productivity, and sustained behavior change.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage multiple learning and enablement initiatives simultaneously, including planning, scoping, stakeholder alignment, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, testing, communications, and launch activities.
  • Track progress and communicate status, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business objectives.

Training Delivery & Business Readiness

  • Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and training sessions when needed.
  • Support business readiness, pilot, testing, and rollout activities for process and technology initiatives.
  • Partner with project teams to prepare associates for new ways of working.
  • Measure learning effectiveness, adoption, and learner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Enablement, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading stakeholder discussions, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
