Job Description:

HPE Operations is our innovative IT services organization. It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation. Our teams collaborate to transform insight into innovation. In today’s fast paced, hybrid IT world, being at business speed means overcoming IT complexity to match the speed of actions to the speed of opportunities. Deploy the right technology to respond quickly to market possibilities. Join us and redefine what’s next for you.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

Instant Quoting Capability Deployment

· Drive deployment of Services-led Instant Quoting tools — Services CPQ (SCPQ), Services Assisted Quoting (SAQ) and CS-CPQ — across Partner and Sales communities.

· Maintain and update capability scope documentation for Partner and Sales audiences, keeping it aligned as new functionality and new regions come on board.

· Monitor deployment and adoption metrics and use them to steer readiness planning for upcoming go-lives.

ChatBot and Virtual Support Agent (VSA) Enablement

· Develop user guides and live demos for the Services ChatBot on Virtual Support Agent for both Partner and Sales audiences.

· Own end-to-end rollout activity: communications, training reminders, session scheduling, registration tracking and post-session reporting.

· Deliver demos to regional and Partner audiences, and capture feedback to shape the next iteration of the capability.

Training Design, Delivery and Content Operations

· Design and build training presentations, user guides, short capability snippets and video content for new and enhanced quoting capabilities.

· Facilitate live training sessions across EMEA, APJ and AMS time zones for Partners and Sales, including Partner-specific pilot programmes.

· Run the full content publishing lifecycle: Marketing Asset Publishing (MAP) approvals, Adobe Asset ID reservation, video brand approval and Seismic briefcase publishing.

· Maintain the internal training repository and the Seismic briefcase as the single source of truth, and coordinate language translations for local-market readiness.

Partner Enablement and Regional Forums

· Support Partner onboarding and pilot programmes, preparing tailored content for complex product and competitive quoting scenarios.

· Present capability updates and training in Partner forums, PAOM forums and Partner webinars across all three regions.

· Act as the day-to-day enablement contact for Partner queries, routing issues to the right business or IT owner.

Release UAT and Quality Assurance

  • Participate in IT release demos and UAT kick-offs, and execute assigned test scripts for each release.
  • Attend daily test-team check-ins and IT incident triage meetings, raise defects for observed issues, and retest fixes through to closure.
  • Validate new quoting scenarios ahead of release, including quote amendment, alternate quote scenarios and add or remove products.

Project and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Represent the enablement workstream in weekly project team meetings across SCPQ, SAQ, SND and CS-CPQ initiatives.
  • Document change impact assessments for scope and user-facing changes, such as persona-based experience and SKU discounting changes.
  • Partner with business, IT, marketing and regional leadership to align requirements, timelines and communication plans.

Documentation, Insights and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, training assets, content ownership and key contacts.
  • Track deliverables, timelines and workload allocation to give clear visibility on progress and capacity.
  • Use adoption dashboards, survey results and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in finance, accounting; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Big four public accounting experience a plus.
  • Typically 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in supply chain accounting matters such as Contract Manufacturing, Standard Costing, Vendor Rebates, Product Financing Arrangements

  • Excellent training design and facilitation skills, with the confidence to present to Partner and Sales audiences.
  • Excellent business application skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and familiarity with content publishing platforms such as Seismic.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across business, IT and regional stakeholders.
  • Superior teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to run multiple parallel deployments to deadline
