CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver – Hutchins, TX
Earn approximately $1,000–$1,100 per week hauling intermodal containers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Enjoy daily home time, mostly drop-and-hook freight, day or night shift options, and mileage pay plus additional compensation per load.
Pay Details
- Weekly Pay Range: $1,000–$1,100
- Mileage Pay: $0.55 per mile
- Load Pay: $29 per load
- Additional Listed Pay: $20
- No short-haul pay
- No sign-on bonus offered
Job Details
- Dedicated intermodal container freight
- Service area within a 250-mile radius
- Routes serving Hutchins, Lancaster, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- Mostly drop-and-hook freight
- Mix of live loads, live unloads, and preloaded containers
- Allow for traffic and weather conditions
Shift Details
- Home Daily
- Day and night shifts available
- Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules
- Additional work as needed
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- First-seat, experienced drivers preferred
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
