Assistant Appraiser mainly assists real estate appraisers in data collection, market research, on-site inspections, and report writing. Main job responsibilities include:

Data Collection and Analysis: Searching, organizing, and analyzing real estate-related property rights information, macroeconomic data, and housing market transaction trends.

On-site Inspection: Assisting or accompanying the appraiser to the site to conduct appraisal tasks such as photographing, measuring, and recording the condition of land and buildings.

Report Writing: Assisting in the preparation, compilation, and writing of real estate appraisal reports and related administrative documents.

Administrative Duties: Responsible for establishing and managing company document files, handling official document applications, and other administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications and Background:

Relevant Academic Background: Usually requires a university degree in land administration, urban planning, land resources, or business management-related fields.

Professional Skills: Possess knowledge of real estate regulations, market analysis concepts, and basic financial and statistical abilities.

Qualifications: It is required to have the qualifications to take the appraiser examination, or, even better, to possess an appraiser license.
