Marketing Liaison | Cavalier Healthcare

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to grow our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and help patients and families connect with our services. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys working with older adults and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, social workers, managed care organizations, and other referral partners.
- Drive census growth and support census and payer mix goals through consistent outreach and referral development.
- Collaborate with facility and corporate leadership to develop strategic marketing plans; evaluate and update plans at least quarterly.
- Track referral activity, maintain an organized book of business and CRM records, and report performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Cavalier Healthcare at community events, health fairs, educational programs, civic meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Educate referral partners and facility staff about our services and capabilities.
- Participate in designated facility meetings and lead weekly marketing updates covering referrals, new business, and upcoming events.
Referral and Admissions Coordination
- Coordinate clinical and financial assessments to support evaluation of prospective admissions in hospital and community settings.
- Work closely with patients, families, referral partners, and facility staff to facilitate timely, efficient admissions.
- Coordinate room readiness, equipment needs, and transportation for incoming residents.
- Support insurance authorization processes and communication with insurance companies through completion of admission.
- Conduct facility tours and respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate referral and admission information in designated systems.
- Assist families with initial long-term care Medicaid information and support Social Services in obtaining needed documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with facility and corporate teams.
- Ability to track results, identify opportunities, and contribute to census growth.
- Comfort using referral tracking systems, CRM tools, and admissions software.
- Ability to drive and travel within the assigned service area.
- A commitment to responsive customer service and working with older adults and their families.
- Healthcare marketing, business development, or admissions experience preferred.
