Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Global Supply Chain Staff Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Beavercreek, OH.
The selected candidate will Integrate across Program Management, Engineering, and Business Management and act as the focal for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization.
Essential Functions:
- Acts as a GSC focal for various Program Managers, Business Managers, and engineering leads
- Accurately builds/presents program-level leadership briefings focused on parts status and critical program milestones
- Ensure consistency in GSC processes
- Assists with different GSC affordability initiatives
- Integrates with the Dayton site Goods Movement and Property Management organizations
- Assignments are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.
- Acts as an advisor to senior management and customers.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Candidate must be an effective communicator and will be expected to build relationships across programs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 12+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management; OR Masters degree with 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management; OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management in lieu of a bachelors degree
- Must have an Active, In-Scope, U.S. Government Secret Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years
- Must have the ability to obtain/maintain program special access
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active, In-Scope, Top Secret DOD Security clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 5-6 years
- SAP/EPS Knowledge
- Subcontracts &/or Procurement Experience
- CAM Experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employee and management
Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $199,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
