Responsibilities

Pediatrix  Medical Group  is seeking a dynamic Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our collaborative newborn nursery team in Tacoma, Washington. This is a rare opportunity to care exclusively for well newborns, in collaboration with our Neonatologist group.  

Practice Highlights

• Provide coverage at Tacoma General Hospital:
  • • Largest hospital serving Southwest Washington, about 4000 deliveries annually 
    • Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and NNPs with in-house coverage
• Focus exclusively on well-baby nursery care
• No outpatient responsibilities

• No call responsibility
• Fully supported by an experienced 9 physician staff

Qualifications

• PNP certification (Preferred)
• Minimum of a master’s degree 

Benefits and Compensation

Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation. Salary is determined based on year of experience, ranging $127,000-$150,000.
