Who We're Looking For

What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectives
- Track project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changes
- Track and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoices
- Track timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billing
- Manage partner, client, and employee correspondence
- Build and run meeting agendas, track action items to closure
- Maintain deliverable schedules and document version control
- Coordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnel
- Contribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manage
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program support
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Experience supporting federal contracts and IT programs
- Working knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminology
