As a Program Specialist, you will play a foundational role in supporting the company’s retail sales and operations. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across teams will help drive success within the Springs Sales Enablement team. Your Best Career Experience Responsibilities

In this role, you will support product rollouts, internal and external communications, retail merchandising tracking, data analysis, and the distribution of accurate information. Key responsibilities include:

• Support external product rollouts with Field Sales Representatives and retail accounts, while partnering internally with Retail Program Managers.
• Review merchandising, marketing materials, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to improve processes related to merchandising, promotions, pricing, and other retail initiatives.
• Provide clear, timely communication to sales teams and customers to support successful execution of initiatives.
• Develop and maintain planogram tracking processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visibility.
• Organize mailings across Retail teams to support successful in-market execution.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly competitive shop and online tile placement analyses across retail accounts.
• Manage online marketing assets, including room scene images, product swatch images, and content within customer configurators.
• Coordinate internal administrative processes, including maintaining account profile documentation, cross-reference tables, and sales coordination presentation materials.
• Support special projects, including serving as project manager for merchandising development initiatives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• 1+ years of work experience required
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
• Motivated and reliable hard worker
• Proficient Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Project Management experience preferred
