Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Assist in proactive deposit portfolio management based on robust of MIS, market trend, bank’s strategy as well as macro economy. • Assist in the development of short and long term marketing strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance deposit products and services, and create incremental revenue to the business. • Assist in formulation of holistic deposit product proposition through ongoing & robust data mining (customer behavior analysis), insight from customer voice (internally & externally) as well as learning from professional target marketing activities. • Work closely with different sales channels to achieve business targets. • Liaise with internal departments, and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business deliverables in an effective and timely manner. • Participate in planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness and develop marketing materials including above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns. • Prepare relevant reports for program tracking and evaluation for continuous improvement. • Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management. • Perform competitive analysis with constructive advice for competitiveness. • Analyze customer / product / campaign MIS to understand customer behaviour, and trend for continuous improvement of the designated areas of deposit business. • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. • Demonstrates initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value.Requirements:
