Manage and expand JLL's office leasing portfolio in Singapore through client relationship management, transaction execution, and strategic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Lead business development initiatives to expand office leasing portfolio and market presence, with commitment to consistent weekly BD activities
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and corporate occupiers
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and proactive networking
- Develop tailored leasing strategies and market positioning recommendations
Transaction Management
- Execute office leasing transactions from origination through completion
- Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction completion
Market Research & Advisory
- Monitor Singapore office market trends including rental rates, vacancy, and tenant activity
- Prepare market reports, property materials, and client presentations
- Conduct comparable analyses to support pricing strategies
- Share market intelligence and contribute to thought leadership
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with research, marketing, and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions
- Actively engage with colleagues across all business functions as a team player
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
- Represent JLL at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of office leasing experience in Singapore
- Valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) license
- Proven track record executing transactions and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of Singapore office market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Established network of landlords and corporate occupiers preferred
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and adapting to evolving market practices and methodologies
- Proficiency with or strong willingness to adopt technology platforms including MKL, AI tools, and emerging PropTech solutions
