Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a Information Systems Analyst to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Support the Product Owner in organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining the team's backlog, including project requests, security reviews, action items, and follow-ups.
- Help track projects from intake through remediation and deployment readiness, following up with project teams to obtain missing information and keep work on schedule.
- Participate in working sessions and document key decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
- Update threat registers, security requirements, and mitigation trackers under the direction of the Product Owner and threat-modeling team.
- Support backlog refinement, planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Help identify changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements, and assess and communicate their potential impact on threat-modeling activities and deployment readiness.
- Identify dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery risks, and recommend opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, presentations, and reports for the Product Owner, Manager, Security Advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain team procedures, templates, checklists, and knowledge-base content, researching security and threat-modeling concepts as needed to support this work.
- Support the Product Owner, Manager, and Security Advisors with day-to-day coordination and analysis as required.
What you bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, enrolled in a recognized co-op program.
- Experience through coursework, projects, or prior work terms in business analysis, project coordination, IT, or cybersecurity is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Ability to synthesize information from various sources and document it clearly for different audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to backlog or project-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodology is an asset.
- An interest in cybersecurity, threat modeling, or risk management; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts) for analyzing data; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data-analysis/visualization tools is an asset.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the professionalism to follow up and hold stakeholders accountable for outstanding items.
- Initiative and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask questions or escalate issues.
- Available 35 hours a week from January 4 to April 23 , 2027
- Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship
