The successful candidate will combine strong UX thinking with polished UI design, customer empathy, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and user-friendly solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web-based products, from discovery and research through implementation and continuous improvement
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, workshops, and other discovery activities to understand user needs and validate design decisions
- Translate research findings, user needs, and business requirements into user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Simplify complex workflows and continuously improve product usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall user experience
- Create, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, UI assets, and supporting design standards
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders, developers, clients, and other team members throughout discovery, design, development, and delivery
- Clearly present design concepts and recommendations, explain design rationale, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate based on evidence and user needs
- Produce accurate design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff materials to support effective implementation
- Review implemented designs and partner with developers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the intended user experience
- Contribute to the design of new products while identifying opportunities to improve existing platforms, workflows, and digital experiences
- Use AI tools appropriately to support research, ideation, prototyping, content development, and other stages of the design process
- Identify opportunities to improve design and development workflows while staying current with evolving UX/UI, accessibility, technology, and industry practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a closely related discipline
- Strong UX expertise with demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows, business logic, and information architecture
- Proven experience designing B2B, enterprise, or other complex software products
- Advanced Figma expertise, including design systems, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
- Experience conducting UX research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Experience designing complex interfaces such as dashboards, tables, charts, reporting experiences, and multi-step user flows
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into structured, accessible, and user-friendly solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and polished user interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design decisions and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Desirable Qualities:
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support effective collaboration with developers
- Experience conducting UX audits and improving established products or digital experiences
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions, product workshops, or collaborative design activities
- Experience incorporating AI tools into research, design, prototyping, or workflow optimization
