OB/GYN Physician | $410K Base + RVU Bonus

Description

A growing, physician-led healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking Full-Scope OB/GYN Physicians to join its expanding team in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Florida.

This opportunity is designed for physicians who want to maintain the full scope of OB/GYN practice, including obstetrics, gynecology, deliveries, women’s health, and gynecologic surgery. With strong patient and delivery volume, dedicated OR time, advanced hospital resources, and RVU-based earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy staying clinically active and want to maximize their professional and financial potential.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $350,000 base salary for new graduates and physicians with less than 2 years of experience
• $410,000 base salary for experienced physicians
• Initial salary guarantee
• Quarterly RVU production bonuses following the guarantee period
• Opportunity to transition to a productivity-based compensation model
• Significant upside for high-producing physicians

Practice Highlights

• Full-scope practice including obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, and women’s health
• Approximately 300+ deliveries annually per physician
• Approximately 20 to 25 patients per day in clinic
• Busy gynecologic surgical practice with dedicated OR time
• Da Vinci robotic surgery available at both hospitals
• Robotic experience preferred but not required
• Approximately 1:10 call
• Potential for a 4-day workweek, based on coverage and call participation
• Highly collaborative team of approximately 17 Certified Nurse Midwives
• Strong 24/7 hospital support, including Anesthesia, General Surgery, and Urology
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine support
• Growing OB program in a rapidly expanding Southwest Florida market

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Comfortable practicing the full scope of OB/GYN
• Willing and able to read OB ultrasounds
• Willing to obtain AIUM certification within the first 6 months, with certification supported by the employer
• Comfortable working collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives
• Laparoscopic surgeons welcome, with robotic experience preferred but not required
• New graduates through experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
