What makes this role unique is the mix of **Front Desk** and **hands-on Polo Field & Club Support**.
One moment you might be welcoming an international guest, helping organise a lesson or updating the polo schedule, and the next you could be out on the field preparing for a polo session or making sure everything is ready for the next chukkas.
You won’t spend your day sitting behind a desk. **You’ll be part of the action**, working with different teams and experiencing the day-to-day life of a polo club.

## Tasks
Front Desk
_Meet people, stay organised & be part of the daily action_
\-Welcome our international guests and help with check-ins, payments and general enquiries.
\-Help organise the daily polo schedule, lessons and chukkas
\-Keep guests updated with timings, fields and activities.
\-Work closely with our Polo, Sales and Operations teams.
\-Help with guest requests, bookings and activities.
Polo Field & Club Support
_Get outside and experience the day-to-day life of a polo club
_
\-Help prepare equipment, drinks and guest areas for polo sessions.
\-Make sure everything is ready **at the right field and at the right time**.
\-Keep equipment, buggies and operational areas organised, clean and ready to go.
\-Help set up and reset guest areas before and after polo sessions.
\-Support the team with the practical tasks that keep the club running smoothly.
## Requirements
What We’re Looking For
**\-Fluent English – essential.** Conversational Spanish is a plus.
\-Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or working with international clients.
\-Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and general computer tools.
\-Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
\-Proactive, flexible and happy to work in a **hands-on, active environment**.
\-Comfortable with last-minute changes and taking initiative.
**\-Valid driving licence and own transport – essential.**
Available to **start immediately** and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
