Discover the many reasons the world’s most talented people are choosing to work at DuPont. Why Join Us | DuPont Careers

The DuPont Entry Level Direct Hire and Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program provides new and recent graduates with the opportunity to become catalysts for change--transforming industries and improving everyday life. With an accelerated approach to career development, the program combines immersive assignments with formal education, networking, mentoring and leadership exposure through on-the-job rotational experiences.

Participants are encouraged to forge their own path by rotating through a series of 2-to-3-year assignments across different businesses, locations, and functions including Operations & Engineering, Global Procurement, and Science & Innovation. Successful engineering and supply chain candidates will complete a minimum of two assignments but may complete up to five. Complete geographic flexibility is required to enable a greater pool of possibilities and diversity of cross-functional experiences.

Since the program began in 1903, thousands of alumni have advanced through the company ranks to become senior leaders, executives, and even CEOs-- and we want you to be next! We're looking for people who are ready to take on the most complex problems to improve the here-and-now. People who are curious, creative, and ready to challenge the status quo and bring about meaningful change.

Join us and create the legacy you want to leave!
