  • Support the local implementation of regional HR policies, SOPs, programmes, and communications for Philippines employees
  • Manage office administration and vendor relationships for Philippines operations
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data for Philippines employees, conduct regular data audits, and support HRIS rollout initiatives
  • Deliver local employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives in alignment with regional programmes
  • Track and report Philippines-specific HR data, including training completion, headcount, and employee exits, to the Singapore HR team
  • Coordinate office and virtual activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist the Director of HR with ad hoc HR projects and other HR-related initiatives
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and local job postings for Philippines recruitment, liaising with the relevant Talent Acquisition and HR teams when needed

Key Attributes:

  • Attentive, eager to learn, and demonstrates strong initiative
  • Competent, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • People-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Keen to broaden HR knowledge and gain exposure across various HR functions
  • Outgoing, collaborative, and a strong team player

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role or related scope
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Philippines labour and manpower legislation, including foreign work permit applications and renewals
  • Able to independently handle Philippines payroll and manpower tax calculations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with various departments, including department heads and management
