Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range:

$47,000.00 - $79,900.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
