Join QVC Group’s Information Governance team and help shape how personal data is managed across, US, Italy, Germany, Japan, UK and China.
As an Privacy & Data Governance Analyst you will play an important role in supporting privacy compliance and strengthening governance processes across the business.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to maintain and improve data maps, support privacy-related initiatives, and help ensure that personal data is handled in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

Where You'll Work
This role is remote as the team is based in the West Chester, US
What You'll Do
Develop, update, and maintain company data maps covering systems and business processes involving personal data
Lead or support discussions with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and document data processing information
Work closely with teams across IT, Information Security, eCommerce, Analytics/Marketing, Legal, and People
Support privacy and information governance projects, including privacy rights compliance and data verification activities
Help identify and document retention requirements across systems and business processes
Look for opportunities to improve governance processes, controls, and documentation
Support additional team, administrative, and local office tasks when needed
What You'll Bring
Experience in IT, Compliance, Data Management, Data Privacy, IT support, or a related field
Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and good governance practices
Interest in developing your expertise in privacy and the changing regulatory landscape
Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts and their use in technology, systems, or cloud-based environments
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidence to take ownership of tasks, support initiatives, and influence stakeholders when needed
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio
Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tools would be an asset
