Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Packaging Compliance and Sustainability leads proactive regulatory intelligence and compliance coordination for ongoing and emerging global packaging requirements across the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio. This role serves as a subject matter expert, monitoring and interpreting detailed regulatory requirements across the EU, UK, United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions. Areas of focus include EU PPWR, recycled content, recyclability, packaging reduction, labeling, materials restrictions, restricted substances, and packaging-related environmental claims.
The Senior Manager assesses how new and evolving regulations apply to the packaging portfolio and translates complex requirements into clear guidelines, design criteria, supplier expectations, documentation, and implementation plans. The role shapes how compliance is integrated into packaging development, sourcing, and commercialization, while evolving systems, policies, and controls to anticipate regulatory risk and stay ahead of the changing global regulatory landscape.
